Sohigian presented an MCLE webinar through BHBA entitled “Annual Insurance Update: COVID-19 Coverage, New Wrinkles in Bad Faith, and More“.  The program examined the most important cases from 2021 regarding insurance coverage and bad faith, focusing in particular on liability and property policies.
