       Obtained a $15.2 million judgment for our client, the owner of a low-income
housing complex, following a settlement on the eve of trial against the architect,
general contractor, and subcontractors whose faulty design and construction led to
massive leaking problems in the housing complex.

       Secured a settlement totaling over $500,000 for our client, the owner of an
assisted living facility, against an architect and engineer in a lawsuit for professional
negligence based on design-related cost overruns.        

       Obtained a $750,000 settlement on behalf of our client, a former manager of a
limited liability company, against associates who had withheld profits and distributions
accruing from real estate and business investments.
